DC happenings

well, before I get on to DC happenings-not much other than school-I found more pics from home!

business lunch dates with Matt-we are pretty legit.

Finally made Martin a true coug-she feels much better now that she is a zoobie and doesn't have to deal with all the ute nonsense.

Spent many mornings and nights getting my water ski fix in for the summer.

I finally feel like I am a true bear laker-I am branded on the le beau's table. holla!

Good news is that we didn't die from the hurricane and now I officially have my 72 hour kit-I spent at least an hour and a half in the grocery store wandering through isles buying all sorts of crap that I didn't need. I almost spent 20 dollars on shampoo-seriously?? No worries, I quickly came to my senses as I basically sat in the shampoo isle weighing my options.

We were able to see this cool exhibit at the American Smithsonian. They had a bunch of artifacts from 9/11 displayed. It was surreal seeing all of these things close up.

I have spent many nights "hanging out" and skyping with friends-who says you need to live in the same area code with have fun with friends!

This is what our hurricane night consisted of: me, sitting at the table doing homework and periodically checking twitter for hurricane updates and church status updates (our church was cancelled) all while my roommates watched too many episodes of prison break! I got yelled at multiple times for interrupting the show!
